Though the fluid consumption varies from people to people still you can have 1.5 liters of water daily to help the liver to flush the toxics from the body. When your drink less water the blood get thicker and it becomes difficult for the liver to filter toxins from the body.

Also, try to reduce the caffeine intake.  These are some of the best ways to protect the liver.
